Round 8

Crolla is scouting the overhand right, dropping with it so it just scrubs the top of his head. Murray is jabbing his way in and looking to drop a big right hand as Crolla circles and sticks the sharp jab. Right looped into the kidney area by Murray as he flops into Crolla. Murray flurries Crolla into the ropes, hitting guard. Crolla jumps free, jabbing. Crolla is landing the jab and then snapping backward like an elastic band as Murray piles in with straight lefts and rights, all spirited but falling shy of goal. Crolla ducks and slaps a left hook into Murray's neck as Murray walks close and mauls him. BIG overhands by Murray, starting to score with both hands as he wrestles Crolla into the ropes at the bell.

10-9 Crolla, another twenty seconds and Murray could've stolen it (or scored a KD)

Round 9

Crolla is jabbing into Murray's head while getting bullied and strong-armed into the ropes. Murray hits the body and claps up top with the right. Crolla squirms free and moves out, jabbing. Murray again traps him on the ropes. Overhand right by Murray, pinning Crolla as soon as he lands and crushing him against the ropes. Crolla gets outside and sticks a jab but eats one. Uppercut by Crolla. Murray stunned a bit. Crolla whips the right hand at Murray to greet him as Murray charges in.
