Sad this, Munroe isn't what he was and can't do anything about the younger mans quick combos, it's lucky josh isn't a puncher or it could be brutal. 20-18 Warrington

The Man needs to Bin himself...again.

What have there been, four or five announced retirements already?

Munroe is sluggish with the pun-cheese according to Jim Watt.

Which is the "main event", anyway?

Crolla vs. Murray is the better and more significant match-up in reality - but Quigg vs. Munyai, joke though it may be, technically outranks it being for a world title.

    Round 3

Warrington is cutting in, scoring the jab on the face and sticking Munroe in the belly with the right hand, all straight and sharp, keeping a tight guard while at rest. Munroe is flipping up right jabs, all slipped as Warrington keeps himself a skinny target and rotated askew. Munroe is no longer barging in and thus getting hit less, making a bit of a dent with his right hook on the body, having an overall better round, but still comprehensively out-jabbed.

    10-9 Warrington

    30-27 Warrington

Much better from Munroe there, didn't let himself get out worked. Not sure if he's got the engine to fight like that every round though

Imagine if Warrington had power behind them punches. He is landing good clean head shots. They are just snapping Monroe's head back. Doesn't look like he's hurting Monroe.

Kind of like the other Monroe we saw last night. (Willie Jr.)

    Got everything but the pop.

Warrington back in control again in the round, Munroe keeps puting his hands low and tryna move his head but just doesn't have the reflexes anymore. 39-37 Warrington

    Round 4

Warrington is getting off with the jab and 1-2 and then rushing laterally before Munroe can place him with a counter. Warrington is dropping in straights on the body, moving every time he lands. Triple left jabs by Warrington, building into a straight combo as Munroe washes up on the ropes. Munroe tries a few body shots, output lowered to what it was in the 1st and 2nd.

    10-9 Warrington

    40-36 Warrington

    Round 5

Warrington is ducking in and taking Munroe's right hooks and pinball-launcher lefts on the arms. Warrington carves Munroe up with the jab. Munroe is turned and hooked across the jaw, in a spot of trouble as Warrington opens up on him. Body shots by Warrington. Munroe recovers and Warrington eases off. Warrington shuffles side to side, snapping his turns, making Munroe reset his feet every second, landing sharp jabs and straight rights. Munroe tries a long left uppercut and Warrington counters with a body poke to back him out. Right hook, lfet hand combo by Munroe, blocked. Warrington clangs him into the ropes with a flush right hand over the eyes.

    10-9 Warrington

    50-45 Warrington

God I wish Josh had power, he would be a top top prospect. Maybe consider working on that and putting some muscle on and moving up in weight?

    :huh

    ...anybody?

Quigg and Crolla are both from Lancashire, so I could see justifications for either on top of the bill. (Crolla has the bigger fan base and probably sold more tickets, I'm assuming?)
