what would you call his style? Watched a few fights and it’s hard to tell.

He’s only 6.1 but jabs a lot. He looks like an outboxer really. Moves around on the outside. Very rare for a 6.1 heavyweight fighting much bigger men. You’d have thought he’d have had the tyson style.

He didnt have any problems in the rematch against James Oyebola who was listed as 6 foot 9, and to be fair looked it. His best punch was the wide looping left hook on the inside.

Against McKenzie and Francis on youtube, his strengths again on the inside. I know he fought Akinwande, the cure for insomnia, and could see him being a more outside fighter in that one because of the type of "fighter" Akinwande was.

What fight are you referring to as showing him as an outside fighter?

The last time I saw him was on one of the property programmes restoring a house in Suffolk or Norfolk

Welch is a great guy. He used to come to the gym when i was a teen to help us train, a young Eubank Jnr learnt alot from him aswell.

    Definitely a top 15 g.o.a.t British Heavyweight.
