Seeing as no-one lives on FLINT ISLAND except animals - it would be impossible for a boxer to come from there. I'm from Swansea you daft ****. Swansea has produced: Colin Jones - in my avatar picture. and Floyd Havard both are products of a little gym behind my house where Colin started boxing when he was 8/9 years old. and currently from another part of swansea a few miles away from me Crusierweight Enzo Maccarenelli who recently lost to David Haye by a lucky punch!
chuffin nature lessons off you now as well dont pm me wae pointless info mate your cloggin my space, why the **** FLINT ISLAND when your from swansea anyway? are you dora the explorer? :smoke
We have some very good boxers coming through at the moment and a few good domestic level guys who hopefully will do quite well. Can not wait to see who AAA fights in September.
Kenny anderson hasa good amatuer record. He has a ko record in the start of his career and should be getting himself in the mix up for the british title. He is a good puncher and has a good boxing brain to match, somehting you dont see very much. appleby won the title at the age of 20,which is an achievemtn on its.in his fights to date he has fought a lot fighters who are actually lightweight, granted there maybe not world class opponents howevewr he does show he has power and a good engine.he does need a lot of work (hel ebven admit htat himself) but to say he is mediocore is a tad harsh. Craig mcewan is training in la with freddie roach ,who can prob get the best out of most and he has came up against a lot of mexicans and has shown to be quite comfterable, again he had a good amatuer career and will come good i think .have you seen any of his fights ? as for wullie limond he was doingwell against khan ,he actually had him down for 13 seconds !however the ref helped him out there.i expect him to win the /or fight for the full ibo title soon mate as for alex arthur being a paper champ .remeber he is holdingthe WBO ;the same belt that both joe calzagh (who is one of my favs btw:good ) and enzo macranelli both held.where they paper champs when they held them.
each fighter has to be judged on merit not on the belt the fighter makes the belt not the other way round Calzaghe was always the best supermiddleweight in the world even during that padded out WBO reign of 20 defences Maccarenlli was gifted the vacant WBO title and in light of his fight with Haye you would have to say he was only a paper champion Arthur too was gifted the WBO title and judging by his performances I would have to say he too is a paper champion there is far more paper champions about today then geniune top world class champions
That is complete bull****. Not only are you using a nonsense A beats B theory, but you quite clearly havn't seen Buchanan fight, as he was a masterful boxer. It's hard to fail to be impressed, unless you have impaired vision. Makes most top 10 British fighters lists. Back on track, most of these guys are good prospects, but still only prospects even at British level. We'll see how they go, but its exciting times for Scotsmen.
What I dont understand about you Flint is why you are always attacking the scots here. I mean in all seriousness, we are both small Celtic nations, we share a lot in common with each other. Why you always feel the need to bring down the scots I will never know, but I hear Swansea folk arent as patriotic as their Cardiff counterparts. Maybe that explains your "us Swansea boys & the english are better than you scots" style posts, but of course I cant be sure. However, who am I to judge a man or a poster?
why u bring the enlgish into everyone of ur arguments!? we`re not involved here. Infact anglo which has relied in this thread has backed scotland.
