You guys need to be ****in sensible. I was a fan of Martial arts way before the first UFC. Yes it existed before 1994 and I love MMA. But Im not deluded.

I once saw Seagal escape from inside a speeding train as it was falling into a ravine. Another time he wrested control of a battleship from terrorists, then turned it's cannons against a submarine that was filled with yet more terrorists. Seagal is no joke.

However, he is also showing him basic moves like the can opener for ****s sake! That **** hasn't worked since Mark Coleman was in his prime :rofl The other moves are ninja movie crap that isn't practical in real life.

Get over it chimba, a lot of the stuff that was taught before actual MMA combat was practiced (yes, before ufc) is not practical in a real life situation or the ring. About Joe, these guys don't train to fight vs armed opponents so I don't see how that means anything.

Well heck why dont you petition Anderson Silva to not have Seagal visit his gymatsch I dont give a **** either way, my point is you guys seem to know better than the ****n guy thats giving the credit. What happened to Joe has absolutely something to do with it, thats Martial art and were on a topic of MMA. Point is, you give proper respect to everyone because you can get ****in killed out there.

The Problem with MMA fans are they ****n discredit everyone. Even guys like GSP is amazed and want to learn from everyone even Rogan. Yeah Joes legit and so is Seagal but I havent seen him inside MMA? Should you listen to them??

Some of these guys even give credit to their old teachers back in the day that would get killed by a gatekeeper in the cage.

Theres many universal adages in MA. One of them is that you never stop learning, whether you think you have the move perfected, you always sought other peoples advise. Thats why theyre so great, they learn from everyone, even BJs teacher (one with mustache) whos nowhere near a world class boxer he listens to.

 

What about when segal took on the CIA or Screwface and that Jamacan gang.
