    Back and forth throughout, Stevens hurts him with a hook up top, unloads, Hemphill crumbles into a heap. Barely makes it up, cleary the fight should be stopped, but ****ing scumbag pro-Hemphill ref lets it continue and Hemphill gets violently KO'd because of it.

    I know there was only seconds to go but I knew Stevens was still going to get the KO despite that because Hemphill was badly hurt and a sitting duck

    Good matchmaking for this fight, Stevens had to adjust and work hard to get the stoppage in the end against a durable and awkward opponent.
    I'd like to see him fight someone like Uzcategui or Angulo next

    I like that the ref caught Hemphill on the way down and prevented his head from hitting the canvas, I've only seen that in muay thai before so far

    Shawn Clark is a terrible referee and should be barred from the sport, while fine... the stoppage of Morales wasn't horrible, it wasn't all that great either. He'd shown up to that point how to grab and hold, to ride out spots of bother. He was doing it again, and then Clark just waves it because he'd had his head snapped back a time or two. Then after he'd shown quite a bit of favoritism towards Hemphill throughout, after the man literally succumbs to a barrage, and wilts into a gelatinous heap in the corner, barely making it to his feet. Then to buy him some time, has him walk back and forth, he looked terribly unsteady. Then he lets it continue because he knew time was running out, even though Hemphill didn't know where he was, and had no ability to protect himself against a fighter who loves throwing overhands. Then after he's brutally KO'd, he catches him, and then asks him if he's alright.... no, you stupid mother****er, because of you.... he's not alright.
