here in england we have a season close were the gym is closed but i have the option to go there but the trainer said come september youll be burnt out and every one else who hasnt been going will be ready to go. season ended june 20th starts september sometime so what do you think just go or have a break and enjoy myself.
oh ye i cant spar as i will be the only one in the gym so only bag work and exercises till september if i do go.
you'll be ahead of everyone else if your working on your technique while theyre not. I go to the gym mon-fri year round, i dont think you'll burn out. but since it is off season you can take it easy and not train as if a fight was coming up
