alright, so I'll answer my own thread...
Tonight I walked to Seattle's only boxing gym, Cappy's.....for anyone interested....I really enjoyed the 1.5 hours of training..the trainers were very friendly and respectful and it seemed as if all the trainees were as well.......man, I just wish this gym was closer to where i live....that was about an hour walk to and from the gym 1.4 miles from my place to the gym...
so, in conclusion i recommend this gym....

the best boxing gyms are in south seattle and renton just a few mins from south seattle.

    george credit's boxing gym

    and bumble bee boxing gym

cappy's is more of a white collar boxing place. if you want serious training partners go to one of those two. yes they are in the ghetto.
