The Marino in Brian Marino Menoza's name...? They name him after Cheech Marin. That's where that comes from. But not because of the comedy, but rather that Cheech Marin is a great lover. And Brian was brought up to be the next Don Juan Demarco. Now, some of you will no doubt notice that I did not spell Demarco the way it is supposedly spelled with a secondary capitalization so that both the 'D' and the 'M' are capitalized and the reason that I did not do that is because America. Love it or leave it, snowflakes. Love it or leave it. You get one capital letter per name. None of this artsy pansy crap.

Doors at Dignity Health Sports Park open at top of the hour (3pm local / 6pm EST). Main card is a tripleheader broadcast live on Showtime including:
    • Sebastián Alexander Fundora vs. Brian Marino Mendoza for the WBC interim super welterweight title

    • Brandun Lee vs Pedro Antonio Campa Medina, 10 rounds @ welterweight

    • Luis Reynaldo Nuñez Mosquea vs. Christian Antonio Olivo Barreda for the vacant IBF featherweight International title

Other notable bouts from the somewhat packed undercard, including Cristobal Arreola vs. Matthew Wilson McKinney, Frank Sánchez Faure vs. Daniel Paul Martz, and Venezuela's two-time Olympic representative Gabriel José Maestre Pérez vs. Devon Eugene Alexander - will not be televised. :nono: International feeds or social media will be your safest bet for those, if anything.

I looked earlier but didn't see one for this card set to go live anytime soon. I know DAZN has one for the Bam card.

edit: oh, lol, the one you linked a few posts above. :eusa_doh: Cool.

Surprised to Devon Alexander fighting again. Guy was an absolute beast when he was a teenager and of course early in his pro career. Hopefully he still has some money left.

Yeah it definitely wasn't his best moment. I think at 23 years old he just wasn't ready for Bradley. He did rebound nicely after that fight though. I remember seeing him fight as young 15 years old. You could just tell he was going to be world champion. Sad to see him still fighting and buried on an undercard.

I'll be switching to this undercard to watch the ancient Arreola and "30 year old" Sanchez
