I'm assuming Kober is some domestic level German heavyweight the commentators are beginning to cream over. First of all, this thread would get a better response in the European forum because nobody knows Kober; secondly he'd never beat the awesome and dangerous Audley Harrison, so in answer to your question, NO.
köber is not bad, he beat povetkin and solis in the amateurs. i've seen a couple of fights of his and though he will never become world champion he could be a factor in the european scene.
