Sylvester would be good enough to smack Mora's ass inside the ring but thinking about him fighting Pavlik is frightening...but then again Pavlik might face Duddy afer fighting Taylor who isn't better than Sylvester - both guys would be total mismatches to the champion...

 

How about Duddy-Sylvester for an eliminator?

all hes done is beat an old yori boy campas and howard eastman
he needs more world class opposition before his name is mentioned with pavlik
but duddy v. sylvester would be great

:bart Hey I like this fight as a showcase fight for Pavlik in Europe get his feet wet with a fight overseas with a safe opponent like Sylvester then Kelly can move on too fight Abraham over there ones he see's that the Germans will play fair with him.
:nono Hey everyone I have been posting Pavlik to fight is a top rated contenders, Duddy, Mora Lorenzo,Lockett,Sylvester are all top ten and would be interesting opponents for Pavlik.
But all some of guys seem care about is Pavlik fight other champs like Abraham or Sturm and Winky those are good opponents for Pavlik but there not the fights out there for Kelly at middle.
:bbb Well I think either Duddy or Lorenzo would great action fights with Pavlik because of the style's of fighters plus a Duddy fight would get lots of Hype and fill the Garden and who would not want to see The Ghost spook the snake in other fight that would get a lot of hype and do well in LA. As for Lockett and Sylvester very good showcase fights for Pavlik in Europe before he takes on Abraham and Calzaghe over. there.:deal

 

Abraham and Sturm mean alot..not everything but close..They should unify with Pavlik taking the winner in Cleveland or Germany:good

 

Sometimes I really don't understand you guys half of boxing is built on hype and promotion and you guys just don't want to even take that in to consideration, you want a Pavlik vs Abraham fight right away even though most here in USA don't know who Abraham is and the fight needs a build up. You want Pavlik to fight Winky right away even though Wright is coming off a loss in which he looked like **** and there is no hype for a Pavlik vs Wright fight right now.
And then you put down Pavlik fighting Duddy or More two fights that would loads of hype because both men are well known with big followings which means big money for Kelly and also getting his name out there:nono

 

I would love too see Pavlik vs Abraham because it's a great fight not so much to unify the titles because I consider Pavlik the real CHAMP while I just consider Abraham his top threat who has a paper title.
As for Sturm I think Duddy vs Pavlik is a better fight then Sturm vs Pavlik. Tell me if Pavlik were to beat both Abraham and Sturm but was stripped of the WBO title for not fighting Gary Lockett would consider the title not unifeid Because Lockett would be WBO champ?:huh

 

Vincent I like you mate but you are very wrong here..Mainly for the simple fact that Abraham doesnt HAVE to leave Germany to become the megamillionare that he is...Pavlik should fight Abraham in Germany. Why? the gate would match ANY superfight in the states, PPV buys would be through the roof..It could pack a German futbol stadium easy all while giving Pavlik worldwide recognition...and trust me there are a shitload of boxing fans and Pavlik fans that know who Abraham is:goodthey just don't respect him for obvious reasons
