He owes Erdei around 700,000 and is probably going to get out of all his debts with declaring bankruptcy for Universum. At the same time he's saying the boxers under contract with Universum (which no longer exists) are still valid and he plans to transfer them to other promotional companies he has. He threatened to let Boytsov sit out until 2016 if he refuses to fight for him.
These guys need to sue Kluch and allege he defrauded them. This is difficult to prove in court but they ought to try that. I believe Kluch owns real estate around Hamburg that could be seized in order to pay this debt. They'd need to pierce the veil of his limited liability company for this criminal scumbag to assume personal liability.
Kluch is the new owner who bought Universum from Kohl around two years ago i think for a very reduced price and Kluch only paid a small amount of that already cheap price and now with declaring bankruptcy is getting out of having to pay for the company he bought.
