Well if you're my weight we may well be paired up one day ;)

How old are you? How many fights?

I don't think I ever watched the shadow boxing parts of his videos.
Ylem, just to add to the whole left hook thing, at ~10:17 your left hand peals back and actually drops below your hip as your throw that hook.

In general, you never once have your feet planted while you're shadow boxing. You are throwing pure arm punches the entire time. The way you turn your head when you jab is a terrible habit, and a very difficult one to correct at that. Do yourself a favour and book a few sessions with an actual trainer, one that will be honest with you and tell you bad your technique really is.

well what I like to do is switch up my jab variations. I like to throw different kind of combinations of jab so the my opponent doesn't sense a rythem and counter me. Or what I'll do is throw one power jab sonny liston style then throw some light jabs

Because the only gentlemanly way to box is orthodox. Fighting southpaw is an unfair advantage, and thus any real gentleman will fight orthodox. Man up, son.

But anyhow, back on topic...where the **** is Ylem???

I agree, all southpaws should be drowned, except from me.

Ylem is hiding in his fridge.
