Farkin hell.... It's been too long since I've seem a Ylem heavybag video. I love how he stands with his face 6 inches from the bag flailing away with both arms. My fav part was at just after the 1 minute mark, it seems that he forgets what he's doing or where he is. ****ing gold, good to go through this thread again. KillSomething's post about snatching Ylems headguard off and saying "you missing something bro?" kills me every time haha

 

its funny how people post up the shittiest videos of me because they know that if they posted up the decent videos they wouldnt really have anything to say.

if posting up my few crappy vids really bothered me id take them down.

but its because people post up my crappy videos that i can post up the newer ones and shut people up.

unfortunately im at work though....so i cant access youtube here....ill post up some newer vids when i get home.

though if some one here wants to feel free to do a youtube search for Ylem122, 289 and 291, and post them up.

sometimes ill go all out on the bag for as many rounds as i can, and sometimes i record a 3 min round, take a 3 min rest to watch it and pick out things to improve on, then do a 3 min round working on those things.

the above vid i had just done a round watched it back and was working to improve on things that needed work. i tend to look a bit better when i do sessions like that then when i just go all out for a few rounds.

I disagree. He at least brings his arms back now and doesn't have quite as much pointless movement but he's still open for 100% of the time, he leans into every arm punch he throws, no full range punches either. He's getting better at a style that doesn't work against a live opponent. I don't think he should be encouraged, if he'd been going to a proper gym he would've made far more progress than that if it's a recent video.

 

This is the other one he recommended, I can honestly see no difference at all.
