Actually I said distance runs are not a requirement for boxing. Try getting your facts right. Attempting to make someone look bad using lies makes you look like a dip****.

If I remember correctly Ylem is also from Philadelphia. You two should meet up and spar. Ylem likes throwing out challenges like that when he knows it's not going to happen.

 

I don't live in that shithole anymore, just from there. Joined the military four years ago. I do go home once in a while, and seeing how I am going home in a month and a half when I return from the Middle East maybe we could set something up. :bbb

No the Middle East is the biggest shithole of em all but I am on deployment. I live in Virginia, but go home to family atleast once a month. I am from South Philly, my boy owns a gym on 12th and Mifflin we can spar there.

 

awesome, i was hoping we wouldnt have to head up to allentown to the gym i went to just to spar.

if its just a freindly spar weight dosnt really matter, but im 6'4" and 220 right now so you dont have to worry about cutting weight or anything like that to make it fair for me.

so yeah awesome, im on here reguraly just shoot me a pm a couple days before you'll be in philly and we can figure out a time to meet up. I have no problem heading down do your friends gym, ive got wraps and a mouth guard.

i have some cheap head gear i can bring if you want to spar with head gear.

but i have some questions concerning no foul protector and gloves,

i dont have a no foul protector, does your friend have one i can borrow?

i have gloves but i use them on the heavy bag alot so they are pretty compacted, does your friend have spare gloves that have just been used for sparring that i can use?
