Secrets to a good jab?

Well if this other guy is any good, and takes it seriously then you will probably be KO'd badly. If its a muck around spar, or the other chap is raw or unfit you might escape with some minute dignity intact.

only got two fights, but i am a lot better then i was when i started last year. could probably go pro right now, but i want to wait to see if I make the US Navy boxing team first.

And no need for the whole "PM me" thing, we all know you're going to spar. Set it up in this thread then post the videos. I'm sure somebody will bump the thread when it gets closer to the time, although I'm sure you'll have some excuse not to do it.

 

sparring was done with 20 oz gloves at the gym i went to, and the gym provided the gloves, no foul, and head gear for you to use unless you had your own that you wanted to use.

most gyms usually provide this stuff, but i wasn't just going to assume his gym provided it, but according to him his gym is just like most others and it does have this stuff.

if you stepped into a boxing gym you would know most gyms have all the needed equipment for sparring other then a mouth guard and wraps.

The gym I go to has plenty of spares for guys that show up randomly once every few weeks. If you turn up without gloves to spar when you've been going for a while (apparently you've been training for years) you're asked to buy your own. Having your own equipment shows you're comitted.

I just don't believe a guy has apparently been sparring for years but doesn't have very basic equipment such as gloves and a groin guard.

 

I would ko ylem in 30 - 60 seconds max. Basically as soon as he engaged me.

 

I wouldnt even try to make sense of what he says, based on the videos he posts, I find it extremely hard to believe hes ever set foot in a boxing ring.

Yes your obviously still a troll Ylem, the lack of gloves and equipment has already proven the allegations of troll to be correct, aswell as the video footage. 1 single sparr doesnt warrant you arguing with active pro boxers and trainers about how to box and it never will, come back and act the way you do when youve won and trained titles and titlists. Until then admit your here to learn how to box, and stop talking so much :yep
