It's more than obvious that Canelo, Jacobs and BJS are waiting to see GGG getting caught by father time and look beatable, that's why they don't rush to fight him.

IMO GGG is that kind of fighter that relies more on timing, accuracy, economy and ring smarts like distance judgement and positioning than speed and sharp reflexes.

Will GGG still be able to do the things he's doing today in 2 or 3 years from now ?:think

GGG can fight till he's 40 with no problems, and retire undefeated.

he'll be fine for at least a few more years. Very little heavy damage, and he takes care of himself. Those two will take you a long ways.

As others say fine for years. Doesn't take too much punishment and style doesn't rely on athleticism. He could be good till 40.

Agreed! He doesn't rely on reflexes, like Roy Jones or Sergio Martinez. He's all technique, similar to a Hopkins. Very well rounded, nothing extra special about him, except the great foot work and thunderous punching power. I like this guy very much, just can't stand his obnoxious fans!

He takes care of himself heard he hardly drinks if ever does not smoke and has hardly taken any punishment would say he has at least 4 more years at the top

He's an efficient power counterpuncher at heart whose style isn't based on out-athleting the other guy.

That's a style with staying power, even if he has to reduce his output.

Also forgot to add he has that power that will always make the difference even at 40 he would still be a force if he wanted to fight that is.

Sadly for Canelo and the rest of them GGG is a fighter that relies on strength, technique and conditioning. His reflexes and speed have less to do with his success. I'd say they will have to wait 4 years at the least before he starts to slow down. And even then, he'd probably whoop them.

Golovkin relises on power and tehnique not speed that is the stuff that stays with you the longest he also takes care of himself.

To Canelo and all other duckers... Look at a fight with 3G the same way you would going to the dentist. Your problem isn't going away or get better! The sooner you go the faster you can get over it. And just like the dentist, G Man can put you to sleep too!

The power is the last thing to go. He can do well as long as he does not face a young athlete. He may not get knocked out but he can be out worked.
