Seems like the Stiverne Arreola fight is being set up as a World title fight

Arreola will probably win against Stiverne (that's why it's set up this way) and expect a couple of very soft opponents at first (Haye/Povetkin style) before he defences against a life body and probably loses his belt again.

I just hope that the life body in this case is Wlad for the 'undisputed' title in a year or two, but with Sillyman running the joke WBC that's not very likely.

To be honest, the fact that Arreola might win a "world title" shows that boxing is corrupt beyond salvage. He was utterly DECIMATED by the current champion in an uncompetitive mismatch, he then lost handily to Adamek, who is no better than average at heavyweight.

He CRIED after being beaten, and looked up at Vitali like a little, lost boy. As soon as Vitali's back was turned he started talking ****, saying "vitali squealed" when Arrola landed a body shot.

The man is a petty, lying, pathetic Thug.

The only reason he will get near the title is because of his Latino heritage and the appeal of that to Jose Suliman.

    It's farce.

    FARCE FARCE FARCE FARCE FARCE

If he gets this ill-gotten title, I hope that Wlad does get his hands on him, and I hope he hurts Arreola, Hurts him real bad

Arreola sold his soul to Al Haymon and now he's being rewarded.

If Arreola does become WBC champ do you honestly think they would risk him against Haye as we all know the WBC would love a Mexican HW champ and i think if Arreola does become WBC HW champ he,ll have a reign like JCCjrs at MW protected and given every possible advantage till they start beleving there own hype and then get beaten badly by a real elite fighter.

I don't mind Arreola being handed a world title. Of all the contenders who could possibly pick up a belt, he's the best candidate around right now, I think. A Mexican heavyweight champion will be great for boxing and aside from that, Arreola is a fun fighter. Obviously a fighter shouldn't be handed a belt so easily but Stiverne is, somehow, the number 1 contender, so it's not completely illegitimate either.

Theres much more deserving contenders than Arreola hes awful if you change his ethnicity and nationality and he wouldnt be anywhere near a title shot he lost to Adamek and was pounded into submission by an old Vitali in his hometown and both Kevin Johnson and an ancient Shannon Briggs took Vitali the distance in his next few fights plus hes 31 years old its time the younger HWs stepped up as theres quite a few decent young HWs out there now.
