Guy Knocked out Cintron and was robbed
beat Williams ass on short notice without a decent training camp and was again robbed.

Beat the **** out of Pavlik and yet they were all ready to give it to Pavlik. I couldnt believe my damn ears during the telecast, this guy was boxing the **** out of Pavlik and takeing him to school,

Yet the HBO team biased mother****ers that they are would have you believe this was a close fight, Kelly didnt win more than 3rds.

    anyone else notice this ****?

Had it 9 rounds to 3 or 9-2-1, it was very wide. Didn't watch the HBO feed though and was surprised (okay, Top Rank card, wasn't) of the official scores. Who cares about commentators anyway, it's sweeter this way.

If you're annoyed now, then wait until they dog Martinez during commentary for Williams v. Cintron.

Martinez showed physical stamina and mental resolve that far exceeded expectations. Benchmark performance. We knew he had the talent. It wasn't as clear he had the other stuff. He did it all.

I did notice that they were really trying to make a case for Pavlik doing better that he actually was. I knew Martinez would come on again in the late rounds but he also slice up Pavliks face. I had it 115-111.
Pavlik need to retire or get a new trainer. All his corner man can do is throw F bombs. He reminds me of Chris Arreola:hey

I agree! The fact that he "was robbed" against Williams doesn't matter anymore:bbb

I had it 8-4, 115-112 for Martinez. Not that it matters much though, Pavlik didn't win more than 4 rounds anyway. Clear win for Martinez and much respect to him. He showed guts and ability to adapt from the 9th round on, when the fight seemed to turn in favour of Pavlik.

I agree I think Manny Steward could do good things with someone like Pavlik.

I think Sergio should have gotten a 10/8 rd in what was it rd 8 or 9 when he pounded Kellys face in at will with blood leaking out of everywhere. I mean i never saw a clearer 10/8 than that and yet it wasnt scored

I gave three rounds to Pavlik 5-6-7. That's it. He got credit for a KD, but I'm not sure he should have. I scored the 9th 10/8 for Martinez.
