So Andrew Selby has draw the Cuban, Robeisy Ramirez Carrazana in the quarter finals. Seems a shame because looking at the rest of the boxers left I think these two are the clear fav to win gold, now it seems only one will medal. I think he has his work cut out for him but if he comes in on form then he should be able to do it
cuban will win as he has looked great its a shame as i really rate selby , but he can do it with a lil help from the judge's
I like Selby and think he's a good little fighter but he has his work cut out with the Cuban, it's not an impossible task but he needs to tighten up and perform out of his skin to stand a chance.
Selby could win if he's at the top of his game, this is probably the best time to fight the Cuban, he is only 18 IIRC and inexperienced.
the cuban is the best fighter ive seen in this tournament. being a welshman i hope selby wins but he will have to be at his best.
Selby hasn't looked great so far and the Cuban has certainly been impressive. However, I wouldn't bet against Selby- literally. n.b. the Cuban is 5/4...
Depends if Selby returns to his 2011 best that he showed at the World Championships. He beat the guy that The Cuban just beat by a bigger margin and they both had comparable razor thin losses to Aloyan. Ramirez is looking sensational at these games though, what a talent for a kid his age.
