As for the poll closure, well, unfortunately vBulletin is very limited in terms of when you can set poll end dates. It has to be exactly 24-hour incremental periods from when you create the poll. So if you want to end it tomorrow and you create a poll today, it ends in exactly 24 hours. If you want 2 days, 3 days, 100 days...it's always going to be the exact same time of day that you create it. I happened to make this yesterday around 12:30, hence the poll closing a few hours before the event. Better early closure than late, though. :yep
