    more of a pound for pound head to head type deal ..if you could take their skills and put them at a single weight who'd win .. type of thing ..there really is no wait classes just skills ... i know i could say who'd win erik morales or mike tyson ..so to get rid of that i put a weight limit set .. 140-154 .. a few under got let in but that's mostly what it's based on those few weight classes

    At 154, Winky. P4P, Whitaker.

    Both have great defences, though very different ways of employing it, although Pernell's is better. Both have good chins if they do get caught flush, both lack power, I just feel Whitaker would win based on his speed of hand & foot, movement and more varied offense.
