    Ali has incredibly poor control of range and distance, lets slow limited fighters get in close with EASE. gets hit with plenty of shots against the most basic fighters with very little talent, whether in his prime or not supposed prime. loses to the likes of Frazier (one of the most overrated fighters in history with little to show on his resume) Norton (who had a glass chin, but was one of the better boxers that Ali faced) Shavers (who is he, really?) Spinks (need i say more) and the ultimate trash can in Jimmy young.

    was having big trouble in his supposed prime against Cooper and Jones ( the rest were nobodies)

    over a huge guy like Vitali??? with huge reach. great timing for a big guy ( he and Lennox are the best in history in this department who were big) great control of range. very good boxing ability. a very awkward leaning back style that he seemed to master, making it even harder for his opponents to get their shots off. had a great chin. could fight on the front and back foot. and had very good power.

    Ali doesn't come close to winning this fight i'm afraid. and you all know that. but you want to live in your little deluded fantasy bubble.

    Ali is my number one for being the most grotesquely overrated fighter in history. he really was. he used plenty of dirty tricks to try and win fights, and he was boring as hell.
    had very little in the way of ring IQ, and wasn't in the slightest bit smart in there. if he was, you spell it out to me how he was repeatedly hit with the same left hook by Joe Frazier???? the only punch he threw. you have to be one dumb MO FO to get hit with it as many times as Ali was and have your head punched to twice it's size. he couldn't block it to save his life.

    sorry, but Vitali gives Ali a bigger beating than even Lennox would for me. lopsided win for Klitschko. it truly is a miss-match. your delusions will never change any of that.

    This thread is hilarious. Robotic, slow as molasses Klitschko beat prime Ali? Ali would look like that mutant Nightcrawler in the ring with Vitali. lol This is boxing not grappling.

    Yikes! I never knew boxing was so easy! You make it all so clear, all anyone had to do was BLOCK Frazier's left! I wonder why no-one ever thought of that? Boxers really are silly aren't they?

    DOINK!:patsch

    LOL. Those Russian designer drugs are potent! :patsch

    I was sorry to hear it but the Jews paid Ali $50M for all rights to his name. personally, I think they jewed him down and ripped him off. His name alone is worth more than $1B and as time moves on, more.

    How much do you think they'd pay for Vitali or Vlad's name?

    :lol::lol::lol:

    so Ali, the supposed great ring general, with all this skill that was off the charts, someone who would have beaten everyone in the divisions history by gliding around like a fairy who couldn't be touched by no one due to him being so great in there.... was getting the **** kicked out of him by..... Joe Frazier. a fighter who only had a left hook and had beaten no one outside of Ali.

    that's truly amazing.

    but you didn't answer my question did you?

    let me say it again...

    if Ali is this supposed skill machine who outboxed so called great fighters without being touched, and had all these skills and ring smarts, as those who played out this bull**** propaganda for years on ESPN kept telling us. why didn't he have the capabilities to block a simple left hook against Frazier??? because that's all Frazier used in the ring. the same left hook, over and over again. but Ali could do nothing but get the **** kicked out of him. :think

    Lennox and Vitali could block and shut down fighters left hooks with ease. why couldn't the supposed master do it??

    and while you're at it, answer why Ali got plenty of hands laid on him against Cooper and Jones. when he was in his prime :think

    :lol::lol: To buy Vitali's name they'd pay one pair of women's nylons and a chocolate bar, but Vitali would still owe them a hand job. :yep

    You ever heard of Tomisaburo Wakayama?

    Comparing Ali to Vitali is like comparing Tomisaburo Wakayama to Peewee Herman. :lol:

    What does that have to do with a h2h matchup between them? Obviously Vitali doesn't compare to Ali in terms of fame of boxing greatness.

    if its simple, you try it against frazier.

    cos its NOT simple against the world W champion.

    if you mean prime I when you are barely out of your teens, then you have to figure in teenage Vitali too.
    exactly, thought not.
    FLOP, mate.

    Really?

    You mean to say that if Vitali was actually universally acknowledged as being a superior boxer to Ali he wouldn't receive universal accolades and recognition?
    I mean, that would be quite a serious accomplishment, to being the greatest boxer who ever lived.
    Oh, I see what you are saying. What you mean is there is really no one who actually believes this nonsense about either Klitscho having skills enough to defeat even Ali, probably because they couldn't even defeat Lennox Lewis. :yep
