Before anybody says anything, remember that JMM was and is rather chinny, in his own way,....there's no way that Duran wouldn't miss hurting him....as well as the patient, relentless and methodical Chavez. JMM maybe would have decisioned Edwin Rosario, but even if he didn't, don't tell me that Chapo wouldn't have had him down at one point or another.

 

Marquez can be hurt and put down but it would take a concerted effort from a high level operator to get him out of there. He has a good mix of savvy, toughness and sheer will.

All you've said is true. AA would have made it a clean ko...it would have been more painful vs Duran and JCC.

Not too sure...Marquez has gone down...but he is a true warrior.He has always gotten up... He will fight you to the end. A great fighter.
