Who would you send in? Patsy Perroni? Red Burman? Luis Firpo?

Louis has the best chance but even so, it's not very good.

I never said Louis wasn't very good. I said his chances weren't.

Louis knocked out Lewis sized opponents.

Louis is the only logical choice. Maybe Dempsey but I doubt it.

I think Lewis' beats Louis, so I don't see anyone beating Lennox in that time.

Louis would probably do it but I don’t rate him the safest bet among the Heavies of this period. Dempsey is your best bet to flatten Lewis. The absence of a measured attack will be to his considerable advantage.

Can’t see Lennox being perfect for the entirety of a fight against Louis

Louis is the guy with the best chance, he has the best style to do so, I see it as a sort of puncher’s chance, but more than Marciano’s for example because he’s more defensively minded, which he needs to be considering the weight he’s giving away. He should look to catch Lewis when he switches off, either when he gets overconfident with his offense, or if he misjudges the distance as he did against Rahman.
He should keep it low volume with the intention of making Lewis switch off, because he’s not beating Lewis on the outside IMO, and it’d also be a bad idea to try to pressure Lewis weighing 40lbs or so lighter.
