Who ya got. Not a doctor stoppage, not a TKO I want you to see if you can figure out someone to send him to sleep.
Olivares, Jofre, and Zarate would all brutally stop Moon. I can't be sure if it would be a "put to sleep" stoppage, but they would certainly brutally stop him. They had too much firepower, and Moon was too easy to hit. Although not as good as the above three, Zamora would be the bantamweight most likely to put Moon to sleep. I suspect Zamora would blast Moon in a war.
Besides Jofre, Zarate, and Olivares I can see Khaosai Galaxy and Naoya Inoue brutally stopping Moon as well.
