    It is impossible.

Gene Tunney might be able to stay ahead of him for a bit.

Moorer would be an interesting opponent for Frazier. He might be able to put up a short, explosive war against Frazier.

I understand why you'd say so, but you should pop on the Marcian-Moore fight. Now imagine that Marciano is bigger and faster.

The correct champion. He hits very hard and doesn’t have a Bob Foster type of chin.

He has the wheels,Frazier is now outside my top ten all time, but he was so good at closing the distance and applying constant pressure, I struggle to pick any 175 pounder to even go the route with him.

The way Kova reacted to Ward's body shots does not bode well for him when he has to ship Fraziers left hooks.Ali who was as tough as old boots, had bruised hip bones and the tops of his thighs were a mass of contusions,The Russian does not have either the mental strength to endure that kind of punishment, or the chin to absorb those hooks.

Sorry I don't see that as a perfect template, Moore was pretty old and his legs would not allow him to be elusive.
Anyone thinking Archie was anywhere near prime needs to look at his earlier performances, Ron Richards would be a good start.Bigger and faster?I'd concede the obvious. but Moore was not a lefty and a stationary cross armed defence against a serious banger isnt a good idea.It leaves your ribs open and sooner or later your arms come down to protect them. The other serious flaw in that defence is you can't punch from a cross -armed position.I don't think Moorer would beat Joe ,but he might give him some problems.
How many southpaws did Joe face?
