Your gonna have the big truck/little truck scenario. If your gonna get out of the way might as well get all the way out of the way. Roy Jones would be my longshot.

Roy Jones of the Ruiz fight totally dominates the Frazier of the Cummings fight.

Edit: Oops, you did say "prime" Joe Frazier. My pick would still be Roy Jones, but I wouldn't bet a lot on it. A little, but not a lot.

 

It's universally accepted that Joe Frazier had the best chin in boxing history.

Dwight physically looks more like Joe than actually fights like him. Joe was nothing but pressure..seek and destroy. Dwight was a brilliant counter puncher with very good timing which is why he was able to out jab so many opponents that had longer arms. Besides there appearance I dont think they have much in common IMO

 

One man for the job that id pick if i only had one. Not saying he'd beat Frazier. But one man who i think would have the greatest chance of any light heavyweight. The man who beat my favorite light heavyweight Moore , the man who went 15 rounds with Rocky and has that old school Grit ,skill and speed . That is the cobra himself Ezzard Charles

James Toney could probably make the final bell. Doubt he wins but could steal a couple rounds. Joe Frazier is a horrible style for smaller less durable guys.

I don't think any light heavy could give him a nail bitter Frazier from the Foster fight was a beast and likely stops every light heavy. Charles would have the best shot but unlikely also Langford but difficult to judge based on his footage.
