Either way, neither side of this argument knows all the facts of the case. Only a few people do, and they won't talk. Margarito and Capetillo. Should we believe either one? They've already proven they will cheat, and if you cheat, you will lie.

People are saying "it's not fair"....Wah..... Margo's being persecuted, but were he or team his taking fairness into the ring with them.....at the very least against Mosley?

His fans are loyal, but was he being loyal to his trainer when he hung him out to dry and shoulder the blame?

margarito is done as a boxer you could see it at the mosley fight he doesnt have any confidence in his ability or punching power.. i guess without the plaster he knew he couldnt hit for ****... i would love for him to be able to fight agains so that when he loses again it will confirmed that he cheated and his career is a complete lie

That's the whole point if neither side knows what really happened for sure they can't just ban him, they have to know for sure what is going on before punishing him.

It's not about beliving them but if Margarito says he didn't know anything about it , and his trainer says yeah he's right it was me, you have to prove that he knew before punishing him.

I do agree with you, I'm not talking in a legal sense. I think he is not going to suffer any legal consequences. But from a common sense standpoint, which doesn't always jive with the legal standpoint.....how do you feel about Antonio Margarito?

 

I hope that nobody gives that cheating scumbad his pay day, thats all he wants and he shouldnt get it, he could have ruined not just careers but lives too, get lost cheato

 

Honestly i belive him, and im not that biased in favor of Margarito, yes im a fan of his , wich is weird because i usually don't like mexican fighters just him and Morales. I've been following his career since 2000.
Every fight, interview,etc and spanish is my first language so i have access to a little more information , and the guy just seems like a humble , decent man , not very smart or ambitious and that's enough for me to wait until he is proven guilty before making any assumptions.

 

That's fair. Thanks for a good answer. It's funny, because I like alot of Mexican and Mexican-American fighters. I used to like Margo. Yet we're on opposite sides of this issue.

I don't buy the denial. Honestly I can't say its impossible, just implausible. It seems like alot of effort went into the endeavor and i just can't see how it would go unnoticed.

Do you believe it was a first time/ one time thing or was it something they had been doing and just got caught?
