Zaveck is a good well-rounded fighter, but Berto is still too much for him. Even though he lost against Ortiz, I think that the general consensus that he was "exposed" is just too harsh and overly critical, because people want to bash a guy who was hyped without fighting the best competition. He proved he still has the goods around the top level of the sport by fighting through that fight, even though he lost. He has above average boxing skills, great speed, and great power. He's just a cut above what Zaveck will bring, IMO. Not to bash Zaveck at all, who is underrated in his own way, but I simply don't feel he'll win.

    Berto by Ko.

Zaveck's not a bad fighter at all but he doesn't have any of the tools needed to beat Berto.

this fight will have one of the most pathetic atmospheres and that's saying a lot. Biloxi, Mississippi. I think Berto will come out flat, get outboxed, but of course get the decision.

I'm surprised the leading result is Berto via KO though this is also reflective of the betting odds. We're talking about a guy (Zaveck) who's never been stopped and to my knowledge never been down.

zaveck has the opportunity of a lifetime here. if he wins he wil be more than relevant and get some huge fights. that being said it will be tough for him to come out on top.
