    Rigondeaux UD

    Roman Martinez SD

    Showtime

    Alvarez UD

    Ponce De Leon UD

I might edit this later on and go through the fights properly. I know there's John Jackson fighting Willie Nelson and Mike Lee is fighting. I don't know enough about John Jackson to make a prediction.

I'm waiting for the weigh in for Chavez-Martinez. If Chavez clearly had to struggle to make the weight, Sergio will get him late with his better conditioning. This is one fight where I think every factor is crucial going into the fight, because I believe either guy could win if they both come in without nagging injuries and in top condition.

Canelo via late stoppage, though Lopez will not go easy. I could just as easily see a lopsided decision for Alvarez due to his somewhat lack of killer instinct and the toughness of Josesito, but I can't see a way for Lopez to win, he has not nearly the power to bother a man that big, nor does he possess better skills overall, he just may be tougher, but that won't be enough.

Great night of fights tomorrow. I don't like when there are dueling cards but it does make for a lot of fights on one night.

    Showtime

Alvarez ko Lopez- I think Lopez is going to be too small and Alvarez will eventually wear him down, but Lopez is a solid fighter and will come to fight. This should be a fun fight but Alvarez will be too much. Alvarez by ko.

Gonzalez Ud De Leon- This is a tough fight to pick since either guy can win and any possible result is a real possibility. I think Gonzalez is just a bit too well rounded for De Leon( who hasn't been ko'ing guys like he use to). Gonzalez by UD.

Soto-Karass SD Maidana- Any time you get this many good fights on one night there is going to be an upset and I think this will be the one. I'm not convinced Maidana is as good at 147 and Soto-Karass is a tough veteran and is going to be a much bigger fighter-should be a fun fight. Soto-Karass by SD.

Santa Cruz Ud Morel- Morel is almost 37 and Santa Cruz is going to be too young and active for Morel in the least interesting of the 4 Showtime fights. I wouldn't be shocked if Santa Cruz was able to force a stoppage late but I think it goes the distance. Santa Cruz by UD.

    HBO PPV

Martinez ko Chavez- This should be the fight of the entire night everything matches up very well here. Martinez is clearly a level above Chavez but he's 37 and smaller not too mention I think Chavez gets any close decision. Martinez knows this and will probably be more aggressive than normal which is also Chavez's best chance to win. Martinez starts strong, Chavez comes on in the middle rounds, Martinez takes over late and stops him. Martinez by ko.

Rigendoux UD Marroquin- Unless his legal troubles have thrown him off I think Rigendoux is simply too good for Marroquin. Rigendoux by UD.

Macklin UD Alcine- Macklin is a good middleweight while Alcine was a solid jr middle who is now 36. Alcine had that nice upset of Lemieux but before that he looked like a fighter near the end. I think the Lemieux fight was his last hurrah and I wouldn't be shocked if Macklin stops him but I lean towards a decision. Macklin by UD.

    Maidana UD
