    Hello

Im curious about new season trainings because my boxing trainer are changing training schedule

    Monday 18:00 - boxing workout
    Tuesday 19:30 - boxing workout
    Wednesday 18:00 - boxing workout
    Thursday
    Friday 16:30 - boxing workout
    Saturday - 12:30 - boxing workout
    Sunday - Rest

I want to put 3x roadworks and 2x strenght trainings into my weekly routine but i don't know when i should train.I am not working so i have a lot of free time for workouts.I can't change my boxing workouts time because my trainer is only available in this hours.

My typical boxing workout looks like this = 10min jump rope, 30 warm up+stretching+some intervals, 40min technique, in the end we have some bodyweight exercises or some muscle endurance training. However, sometimes my trainer do strenght or conditional training so it's really hard for me to plan everything.

My question is - when i should do roadworks and strenght trainings?

Im waiting for answers, thank's a lot!

Yeah, that's tough considering he does weight circuits and other things. I would schedule weights on Monday and Friday AM. I would do only a few exercises(3-4). One should be power or hanging cleans. If you don't know how to do them do power pulls. Squats should be another one. Maybe bench press and chins, that's all. I would do roadwork on Wed AM and Sat AM(leaving 4 hours in between when boxing workout is), but begin by just doing active recovery roadwork such as LSD running or tempo intervals. I know you said 3 days for roadwork, but I would feel it out and see how you are feeling on 2. If any of this in the long run affects your boxing training negatively, cut something out. Your auxiliary work should enhance your boxing, not hinder it.

If you are not working, take naps, and always drink a workout recovery drink afterwards, specifically 16 oz chocolate milk.

i cant train strenght at morning because my gym is closed but i can train with weights after boxing workouts (if my trainer is not doing weight circuit or conditional) on monday, wednesday, friday and on thursday evening.

What are you thinking about weight trainings after boxing workouts ?

I think doing true strength training work after boxing is just too much.
