Admittedly, I haven't been watching boxing (other than the "super fights") as much this past year as previous years, so perhaps I may have missed it, but did Sergei Dzindziruk retire or something??

Has he fought since outpointinng Julio in early '08?

I always thought this dude was a talented, crafty technician even if blessed with only adequate punching power.

    Thanks, bro!

Any possibility of a fight with Williams?? Or am I just whistling past the graveyard on that one??

He didnt want to play ball the with german way of doing things. Lets get you 12 defences of your strap against lower level competition and make both of us decent money. And when your 37, you can start to face good comp...

sergei wanted to fight the big names while he still has some of his prime left, and his promoter is basically ****ing him :-(

Dzindziruk isnt a young fighter, I believe that he is 34 or so and running out of time, he better get a move on it.

I dunno why, but wbo champs seem to usually have a long string of defenses against questionable competition.

    Calzaghe,erdei,grigoran,margarito ect....

    wbo sucks :-(

Very true. I hope the lay-off-- it doesn't look as if he's fought since Julio in '08-- hasn't diminished his skills.

Don King is trying to sign Sergei and set up a unification fight with him and Cory Spinks...

Yes, and I thought the Razor looked terrific in that fight against Santos.

Dzindziruk vs Foreman-- yeah, I'd definitely tune in.

God I hope not, that would be a boring 36 min. But if he signs with King its a fight that WILL happen.

please dont let this happen :patsch

Don king is known to let his fighters sit on the the sidelines unless they play ball and resign with him.... Most don king fighters are inactive cuz of the crazy contracts he tries to get them to agree too.... please rid us of don king somone :-(
