from what i have seen he is to str8 up & down for paul williams

after seeing my worse fear come true with the martinez fight (even though pw still won) i understand what his weakness is & why

the footage i have seen with dzinzurik tells me that he wouldnt get blown out but he wouldnt win either...

I doubt it. He may be a real good boxer but his inactivity and workrate may get him a wide loss against Williams who throws 1000 punches a fight on average. But then again we all know southpaws seem to be a bit more challenging against Williams than any other style(Quintana & Martinez).

Nope. I dont think Dzinziruk is slick, crafty, or has enough movement to beat Paul the way I thought Martinez did (on my card) or Quintana did. He's a standup southpaw - straight up and down the way walk with me put it.

Dzin is tall of 6'0 and is a real good southpaw fighter that has a good jab. But i don't think he's slicker or quicker then Martinez. But i could see Williams vs Dzin as a very good fight.

No he doesn't.He's 34 and inactive.

He has the style of Winky Wright. He is Winky Wright light. While Williams did not fight a prime Winky he would bring the same volume to Dzinziruk and the same problems which the Ukranian would not have the answeres.
Dzinziruk doesn't have o footwork like Martinez or Quintana. He comes forward altough by cutting the ring off pretty well behind a good solid jab without much power.Williams would easily neutralize him.
Sebastian Lujan was outworking him threw 5 and Williams is better than Lujan is every aspct of the game.
    Williams would wide UD Dzinziruk.

Yes he is good enough, if he can shake of the ring rust from his inactivity. I believe he is the best 154 in the world, if he can regain his form from 2007.

He wouldn't beat Williams or Martinez IMO but he could beat a lot of the other top LMW's. He says he might fight Angulo which would be a good fight.

His reach is ridiculous for a fighter his size. Williams could make this easy for himself and just because behind a 14" reach advantage. As it is, I don't think he would but his volume of punches would stop Dzinziruk from getting his punches off, and he'd start to open up the tight guard. Like cubex says, Dzinizurk has a very Winky like style. Tight guard, he moves forward and moves his head and tries to work the jab and southpaw stance to his advantage. He can find some good angles, but he'd have major trouble with Paul.

Paul Williams is currently in that "I just got by on a very dubious decision because of a potential megafight involving me looming in the very near future" mode. Cotto was in that "zone" after Clottey and DLH was there after Sturm. Prior to a mega-fight it's a very bad sign to be coming off a performance like that.

I would seriously advise Paul Williams to settle his issue with Martinez via immediate rematch before going for KP, or anyone else for that matter.

I think the two are pretty evenly matched and it goes to the card 10 times out of 10 and no one is ever really happy that the issue is 'solved'. I don't think another fight proves anything other than you get a different set of judges scores.
