Kovalev showed heart as well. He was badly hurt.

Yarde fell over mostly from fatigue, he was having a hard time staying up without being punched.

Agree with posters saying Frank Warren has hurt Yarde with poor match making

 

Kovalev definitely showed his age in there and looks way past it.

He is done at the elite level for me.

Yarde did better than I expected. His chin isn’t glass

 

Great performance by Yarde, showed a good chin, great attitude, didn't disgrace himself at all, pretty incredible considering how many fights he has had and who against

What a fight, and what an effort by both fighters. But let's not give any props to that System 9 BS. That got dismantled in the early rounds and it was only when Yarde fought what was in front of him rather than throwing some muscle memory combos, that he had some success. Great effort, and gone up in my estimation. But Krusher was class throughout, and showed heart too....
