    Excellent performance by Bivol he beat a better Barrera in just his 13th fight than Ward did in his 29th and he did it more impressively too. And just as I feared he would Bivol looked a weight class smaller than Barrera, too.

    I think you underestimate Kovalev's boxing skills. He did outboxed Ward in the first fight.

    I think Bivol is just slightly better as a boxer, but I'd still favor Kovalev because of his power.

    Honestly if the plan here tonight for HBO & Main Events is to set up a Kovalev vs. Bivol fight later this year, the part of me that is rooting for a lengthy win-streak post-Ward for Kov is very nervous, because he would be schooled (maybe stopped late, a`la what happened to Barrera tonight) and Bivol would be anointed the new 175lb king before the year's end.
