So what you're saying is you had it all wrong. And what happened to Canelo not having a gas tank and how he always fades late? He knocked Kovalev out in the 11th round. You were really about as wrong as you could possibly be huh.

But you didn't think he would knock out Kovalev did you? So in that way he was better than you thought right.

This has to be a joke??? I had 1k on SK and I felt like he was down 1 headed into the 11th. I absolutely do not think the fight was fixed. I think sergey was afraid of getting countered. He was trying to outwork canelo to a victory. He was being disciplined and sticking to the blueprint unfortunately he got caught and that was a wrap. Taylor Chavez FOH

I thought Kov was outboxing him as well but i think it's obvious Canelo had to play the long game and knew it. I think you'd agree. Whether the long game was going to pay off was precariously perched but it did. I had severe doubts it would going into the finishing round.

I think Canelo should drop back down and stay there personally. I think the divisions too much and an aged Kovalev wasn't far from bringing home the bacon imo disregarding the scorecards. The younger light heavies would likely tire less and take a better punch which would likely spell trouble. Having said that he did get the job done tonight.
