This guy has really improved a lot since Brian castano loss in 2013 his footwork his work rate power speed technicality everything has improved. This guy is a very talented fighter . He is very exciting if he does fight ggg I praise him and skills I wish him nothing but the best. He's relatively unknown . And I'm glad I know of him. Before he hits the big stage guys we need to appreciate fighters of his caliber and talent . This guy is like an unknown Dmitry pirog . So appreciate him and it's gonna be very exciting seeing him test himself against ggg. This guy. Has balls to. He's called out Andrade charlo. Lemieux . Hes not scared to put it on the line. Andrade ducked him. I'm not saying he's the Best. But damn he' is my opinion the most avoided fighter in the middleweight division ggg ducked him in may. Andrade ducked him twice. In December and February. His hard work got him this far. Hes improved he's high for any fighter. I can't wait to see him face ggg. Ggg is also my favorite fighter. Today. I rather see derevychenko vs ggg than ggg vs canelo .

If you're such a big Derevyanchenko fan, then perhaps you should learn how to spell his name.

Ok, let’s try some mnemonics. :)

“Derevo” means “wood/tree”. You can memorize it and be proud that now you know one more word in Russian/Ukranian (it happens to be the same for both languages).
“Yan”... Does it mean “an optimist”? You can try your own mnemonics here.
“chenko” is a very common ending in Ukrainian.

So, we distort “derevo” a little bit (we don’t need the last “o” here), then add “yan”, then add “chenko”.
    Derev+yan+chenko

    ez! :D
