It seems as though Khomistky is using loaded gloves. How does he keep knocking out undefeated British fighters even though his record suggests that he isnt a big puncher? :think
He isn't koing them all though is he, just Etches. And who knows, maybe etches could have beaten the count, if allowed to. Khomitsky is the living epitome of the expression "better than his record suggests".......
Not only better than his record overall, but harder punching and sturdier-chinned. (his three stoppages are: the lame Stieglitz robbery, the retirement with Khurtsidze, and the first was from a Golovkin body shot)
That was the biggest ripoff in a long time. Khomitsky was not allowed to continue due to his corner running out of glove tape!!! You couldn't make it up. (Shameful that The other corner didn't give them some...whatever happened to sportsmanship?)
Khomitsky was up at 6, and Golovkin hadn't even punched him really hard for awhile, just threatened to. Khomitsky went down on his own and then quit, walking away from the ref to his corner. it was the effects of a body shot from the previous knockdown that was still bothering him (the most) though. :bbb atsch etches was so far gone they rolled him onto his side until he got his senses back.
He was pushing Murray around in the clinch. I don't consider Murray strong, though. Seems Murray always gets pushed around in the clinch even Martinez was doing it.
atsch etches was so far gone they rolled him onto his side until he got his senses back.[/QUOTE] Steady on with the atsch business, paleface. I have seen guys flat out, who didn't move until "5", still manage to beat the count. I was merely suggesting that Adam "might" have regained his feet before 10. If you have ever done a first aid course you will know that rolling somebody onto their side(the Recovery Position) is not necessarily a big deal. It is standard practice. I never suggested he should have been allowed to box on, even if he HAD gotten up...if he had got up staggering, of course it should have been stopped.
