Agnew on March 29, Pascal in July and Stevenson in late November would be the perfect year for Kovalev.

A bit of a disappointing foe from Kovalev. Stevenson clearly has fought the better opposition and more so after their upcoming fights.

 

Who did some of "you people" expect Kovalev to fight?

 

I think if Kovalev beats Pascal and Braehmer, they'll be about even.

Stevenson: Dawson, Cloud, and Bellew.

Kovalev: Campillo, Cleverly, Pascal, and Braehmer.

 

Braehmer was the WBO mandatory and went the WBA route instead.
I don't see him going anywhere near Kovalev. I think it would be a good fight though.

Good thing is that there's good progress made on the Stevenson fight according to Kathy. She feels it's gonna be made, so this is really just a stay-busy.

 

Kovalev has a egg chin and it will be exposed very soon. He can't even take a punch with head gear on. The same people like farmboxer claiming Wilder has such a bad chin prasies Kovalev even if he got knockdown with head gear as well.
