    Well, I can only congratulate Cedrik on taking the Kovalev fight, especially after what Sergej did to his last seven opponents. Take some serious balls to get in the ring with the Russian. However, Kovalev by KO before the final bell in round 5.

    According to large Dan the Kovalev-Stevenson fight is being eyed for September.

    That means there's a good chance both Kovalev and Stevenson will only fight twice this year, a letdown especially since both fought 4 last year.

    If that's what it takes to get the Kovalev vs Stevenson fight done, so be it.

    It's probably the best fight to be made in boxing right now.

    I agree, I was pointing out that the idea of Kovalev fighting someone else in between Agnew and Stevenson isn't likely.

    I'd prefer to see Kovalev and Stevenson fight 3-4 times but if they only fight twice and one of those is agaisnt each other than that a trade off I'm happy with.

    We'll see how Kovalev deals with going in the late rounds if it goes that far and Kovalev has a draw on his record so he made fade as the rounds go on.....Cedric's shows he is capable of going rounds and it would be interesting to see how Kovalev handles a slick boxer with stamina.

    Lol, step up to Kovalev and you are going down, best bet is to outbox him from outside and tire him if you don't have the power to put him down yourself.
