If he doesn't KO Brook, you might be changing your tune about that.

I think this is a pretty accurate assessment.

Eh i dont agree with Campillo > Monroe, Agnew > ishida, Boone > Macklin. Also Caparello is probably around the same levle as Rosado, Rosado gets so overrated on this board it's not even funny.

Campillo beat Shumenov, Murat, Cloud and was beating Fonfara before the KO, Campillo skill wise and resume wise is better than Monroe slightly. Skill wise Agnew is better than Ishida, maybe not resume wise, Boone has a KO win over Stevenson and he beat Willie, that's better than looking good before being KO'd by Martinez and getting robbed of a draw against Sturm.

Looks like a fair assessment at quick glance.

Yeah like hyping Macklin who's best performance was almost beating Sturm....A GERMAN doesn't suit your crystal clear agenda right Ra's? I like Macklin, I have no agenda, let's see Macklin KO Adonis, drop Ward and Kovalev and then he might get a little more cred in my book.

IMO Kovalev has face names that are more familiar to US fans. But rating who is A-level and who is not, is totally subjective. Most fanatic believe guy who has fought HBO or Showtime and is from states is an A-level fighter.

I don´t rate Pascal anything special. He has so much flaws in his game and he has struggled several times against average fighters. Hopkins has a great record, but when Kova fought him, he was 50 years old. If I rate them an A-level, then I have to give nod to Lemieux and Murray as well. Based on pure name value, Kova has better resume hands down.

Cleverly is more or less the same level as Geale and Macklin. A guy who had paper title and had easy comp until he stepped up and lost badly. Geale is a bit similar and even though Macklin was only just close to get the belt, he was beating similar level comp as Cleverly.

Pascal is like Lemieux, very good in some things and very tough, but both have obvious flaws.

Stevens, Murray, Proksa and Rosado are comparable to Mohammedi, Caparello and Campillo. Maybe even Ishida. I don´t see much of a difference on levels. The only difference is that Proksa wasn´t well known in states when he met Golovkin.

Rubio, Ishida and Monroe Jr. are more or less comparable to Boone, Agnew, Sillakh and White.

These comparisons are very subjective and nobody really knows exactly who is who, but if they are close enough, I would be careful not to make any strict conclusions.

Btw. I´m a fan of both

Little g has never fought above c level. that's a fact. Bhop and Pascal were B level when they fought Kovalev. Murray and Lemieux were not on their level.

I don't know how useful these A,B or C level discussions are. It's so arbitrary as there isn't any criteria for any of them. Same as P4P really; we think these letters hold more credence to arguments but they're largely meaningless and difficult to debate.

    Pascal>>>>>Dawson
    Cleverly>>>>>Bellew
    Campillo>>>>>Cloud (SD clear robbery)
    Hopkins>>>>>Cloud
    Chilemba>>>>>Bellew (draw/robbery)
    Cleverly>>>>>>>Karpency

Fonfara went life and death with barely beating Ngumbo, Mohammedi is the only man to KO him.

Campillo also made Thomas Williams Jr. quit like a *****.

You didn't think this out very well did you re****?

Their resumes are extremely similar in terms of quality. I do think Pascal is a better win than anything Stevenson has done yet, but then again I'm one of the biggest Pascal fanboys.

Other than the fact that Kovalev wins have beaten most of Stevenson's wins.

Let's be honest here, Dawson was shot to hell against Stevenson far more than Hopkins was, I mean My God he lost to Karpency afterward. Ward took his soul. And Dawson up to that point had never faced a monstrous puncher, that version probably be KO'd by many of the current top 20 at LHW.
