Sergey Kovalev is hated even in Russia

Clearly, the OP has an agenda. Totally mischaracterized what occurred in the ring. Kovalev didn't hit him behind the head. Cleverly was constantly lowering his head as SK was throwing punches. And those weren't rabbit punches. I don't believe a word you said in your opening post.

Plus he seems genuily racist, for no reason. I mean I can understand two ethic groups hating each other for historical and political reason, but for a Russian to be racist???

Russians LOVE Sergey. He is the equivalent of Lionel Messi to those that watch boxing. (Lionel has a style of playing soccer that is very similar to how "untrained" kids play on the street... how I played)

Also, the first article you posted, I'm not interested in reading the interview, but I read some of the responses, and all the replies that I read were positive saying "keep being yourself Sergey", " we wish you a prosperous career"what an honest dude" etc etc. The only "negative" response was a comparison between the way Golovkin acts and talks with his opponents is more sportsman like than Kovalev's actions in that area.

 

Most Russians are racists. Ask any Russian on the street if they are racists and he/she will say: "Of course not! The Russians love everyone! Though we can't stand Jews, but who likes them, right?
