theres some serious snap on the end of his punches, small clue that his reflexes might be there.

He looks awesome, no wonder SOB refused to fight without his personal referee to protect him, SOB's judges will make it possible for him to run like hell, kick Kovalev in the testicles, bite, elbow, headbutt, etc., not rules for SOB............Ward said that neutral judges would not be fair.............he should be ashamed, but SOB has not shame......

@Farmboxer did Ward really say that?? About the neutral judges LOL :confundio: I hope Kovalev already found out that the only way beating him is by sending him in COMA.

he looks like kovalev, god I pray the odds open judged on most meat heads online believing ward is the "better" something (when it was clearly obvious kovalev was so far superior in EVERY ASPECT)

kovalev had been guilty of first, scoring the kd so early and so easily, having such an easy time with ward and not having anything he needed to respect.

it was playing out in such mismatch manner that kovalev was only looking for the picture perfect shot. he was winning too easily and the fight (to him and most of the world) was never ikn doubt.

I believe kovalev believed he could lose only by ko, and him putting enough effort to win rounds 10 and to a lesser extent 12 put the fight so far out of reach.

we say he gassed, I believe he become too complacent, almost surprised ward put in such little resistant. he was probably as shocked as I was when the winner was announced.

I figured, ward got some home country scoring, as the cards were closer than I, kovalev and most others felt kovalev won wider than the cards suggested.

when ward was Rewarded, I was seriously waiting for them to confirm the scoring was mistakenly opposite and obviously kovalev would be granted his easy very calmly win.

This FIGHT, I'm believing kovalev wants nothing but to make a statement while ripping his titles back from a very undeserving ward who isn't near his class of operator.

anything even or better for me will see around a months pay put on kovalev. I only need the decent odds for the soon to be. has to be worth the headache or she'll never go for it.

kovalev is gonna treat ward like Pascal this time out.

Kovalev was around 13/10 last time I checked. I will be all over this for as much ££££ as I got spare.

First we got treated to 2/1 Spence by stoppage (Spence opened as a dog but I was too late)
Then Kovalev as a dog (will half my bet between this and the KO)
Then Golovkin at 4/6 (same strategy as Kov fight)

So much free money floating around in boxing bets recently, makes a nice change for me.:D

No, that's word play by fans. Kovalev requested non-US and non-Russian judges. Ward has to agree but declined and said the commission will pick.

In short: Kovalev wants nation neutral judges, Ward doesn't want the fighters to have a say in the selection of judges and leave it to chance.

Easy? Early on, maybe. He lacked urgency but he was gassed a bit. Anyone who truly understands these guys knows: Kovalev starts strong then fades, Ward starts slow then finds rhythm.

Kovalev's best chance is to either get a KO early, or bank early rounds as cushion.

Gonna be a good fight. Kovalev should be favorite.
