Sergey Kovalev next opponent? need to see "more pain".

I have no idea, i just wish for one fight, him and Stevenson.

 

Well it won't be Ward, Ward needs another 5 "tune ups" and even more time to grow in to the weight.

It doesn't really matter who it is, they will get sparked.

 

I hope it's Fonfara in june or july in Russia. We know he plans to fight in Russia, and they are waiting for Potvekin's promoter cause he'll be involved in the promotion.

 

Probably a ****ty opponent, don't hope for much he's got little options.

 

lol....ward is taking one more tuneup tops

and hes smart...because he got hbo to buy it(the barrera fight and whatever is next)...assuring an extra payday or two in the event that he loses to kova......kova should be taking advantage himself....because when he loses to ward his paydays/interest will prob drop

I am hoping for a Fonfara fight on the Wolder v Povetkin undercard... Should be a damn good boxing night.

 

I've read somewhere that their contract with Ward specifically states they won't get fights after June. Unless Kovalev announces an opponent in the following couple of weeks, he might stay inactive until November. Perhaps that's why they took the Pascal rematch. Kov made some money and doesn't really need another fight till Ward.

 

He could use the june date to get rid of one of his mandatories
