Lets not act as if some Titlists haven't been fighting scrubs, or guys from lower divisions while not fighting the best in their weight class.

 

HBO better force the winners to fights. If they want better ratings then they need to make better fights.

 

Evenko doesnt pay the promoters to have the fights at the Bell Centre, these casinos do offer $ and other advantages because they're interested in attracting the high rollers to these boxing shows.

I don't know if Alvarez can take Kovalev's power.

 

Great fight. Kovalev should win this but Alvarez never lost and he wasn't down once either, he hasn't the big power but he moves well, has fast hands and a very good ring iq, he can outbox Kovalev but if he tries to brawl i can see Kovalev crushing him.

 

Kovalev is in a difficult matchup here. He's getting older and Alvarez will be highly motivated for his first world title fight after waiting so long.
