    Mikhaylenko is getting herded by the Mikhaylenko jab. Mayfield is chopping with rights and lefts on the backfoot yet unable to gain any purchase. Mikhaylenko has Mayfield stunned with a big rolling-thunder overhand right behind a stiff jab pushing Mayfield into a corner. Mayfield uses Mikhaylenko to stay up, grabbing his flanks.

    Dang, for all that speed, power, and talent, Mayfield has horrible timing. He wants to stop Mikhaylenko with 1 or 2 punches. He's headhunting too much.

    Mikhaylenko is leaning in and bracing off with his forearms, tossing Mayfield back into range for long jabs and rights. Left hooks on the hip by Mikhaylenko as Mayfield jumps in to grab after throwing a feeble shoeshine at the belt line. Mikhaylenko swings and misses with a left hook and Mayfield drills him on the medulla with an illegal right as Mikhaylenko is bent forward.
