Sosa looks to be in the control of the fight. Gamboa tiring.

4-3 Sosa with 1 KD by Sosa.

Lol I'm rooting for Gamboa and picked him but I have Sosa up. But since I picked Gamboa I'm going to agree with the scorecards that have him up pretty wide.

And no, I'm not copying Lederman.

Well that probably gets in Gamboa's head! Flash left hook knockdown, may not have hurt Gamboa, but now won't box as assuredly. Sosa follows up well through the round, landing hard, has Gamboa handcuffed. Expect Gamboa now to panic too much! 4-3 Gamboa, plus the knockdown point.

Not at all but could be enough to mentally KO the old athletic phenom, especially considering this was such hard work just to survive to about the halfway point with a (presumed) slim points lead.

no.. i mean its not the first movie iv switched off 3 quarters of the way through (actually the 4 of us that were watching it all agreed it was horrible). but for all the hype and attention it got, i saw it a year or 2 after it came out and it was just one of the biggest let downs.

it sticks out in my mind

Sosa again too inactive, after he had Gamboa weakening. He should be all over Gamboa. He's stuffing him with some good body shots as the 8th goes on. Gamboa doing very little now. 4-4, Sosa by a point with the kd.
