    I've said it before on the particular thread about Ward vs Kovalev, gvodsz, bivol and Beterbiev... kova would be the closest to beating Andre Ward, PERIOD!

    Great performance by Sergey he looked really sharp, much sharper than he did in his last fight. His timing with the right was beautiful. I'm sure I even saw him throw a couple of of semi right uppercuts too. Looking great with the new trainer. Stay away from those snake-eyed American trainers like John David Jackass, EEs.

    He could've and should've stopped it 3 seconds earlier. Shabransky was defenceless and out on his feet and Kovalev could've landed a more devastating free shot. Always a fine line at that moment, of course glad it wasn't worse.

    The man was a willing participant to everything Kov wanted to do. Bivol won't be there for that. One thing I did notice, he learned the lesson of the body attack.

    Kovalev vs Ward III in Russia with a Russian ref and 3 Russian judges with RUSADA doing the testing. Make it happen, let that deck stacking cheating loaded dice rolling creep fight on a playing field that isn't heavily weighted in his favour for once. And no American fighters in camp with Kovalev spying on him for Dre letting him know what the game plan is going to be either.
