You're a ****ing idiot if you don't think Pipino Cuevas belongs in the HOF. You should post some of your brand of tripe over in classic and see how quickly you're laughed out of the forum as being profoundly clueless.

Are there limits on how many they accept. I would think Donald Curry would get in before Kovalev. And they always overlook him. I was surprised, even though I like Ray Mancini he got in over Donald Curry.

HBO built him up well. And people think Virgil is not where Kovalev is, which is a joke sort of .

My only reply to the entertainment factor is this. You take your son to a gym to learn to box and two trainers approach him. The first trainer says “I’ll teach you how to punch and I’ll toughen you up to make you entertaining.” Meanwhile, the second trainer says “I’ll show you good footwork and teach you how to hit and not get hit.” Who do you sign your son up with?

I do appreciate your honesty. I also am not a fan of Ward or Mayweather, but I do really respect their accomplishments

    Another bump
So far he’s lost to 2 Future HOFers and another decent fighter whom he avenged his loss to later on. I’d say he had a pretty good run, all things considered

    No.

He had the tools to be great but his alcoholism and arrogance have cost him dearly. He lost his biggest fights - well he did beat Ward the first time - with his pathetic showing against clenroido uderscoting his steep drop to mediocrity since Ward II.

There’s been so many fighters that had the tools to be even greater but fell short because of their problems outside the ring and their inconsistencies, doesn’t mean that they aren’t hall of fame worthy. Look at guys like Edwin Rosario, Hilario Zapata, and Donald Curry. They could have achieved so much more given their abilities but couldn’t put it all together and lost badly in fights, but they were still good fighters.

He was, in my opinion the best fighter in the world lb for lb. During his prime he was best fighter in the world H2H.

Not just HOF, but an ATG.
